Tigers and Orioles Split Doubleheader in Camden Yards

Tigers Win 4-3 in Game 1

The Detroit Tigers defeated the Baltimore Orioles 4-3 in the first game of a doubleheader in Camden Yards on Wednesday afternoon. Tigers starter Matt Manning allowed three runs on five hits in 5 1/3 innings to earn the win.

The Baltimore Orioles defeated the Detroit Tigers 5-3 in the second game of a doubleheader in Camden Yards on Wednesday afternoon.

Orioles starter Dean Kremer allowed three runs on six hits in 5 2/3 innings to earn the win.

The Orioles took an early lead in the first inning on a two-run home run by Cedric Mullins.

The Tigers tied the game in the third inning on a solo home run by Willi Castro.

The Orioles regained the lead in the fifth inning on a two-run single by Ramon Urias.
